What is the Be Bolder Jam?

A virtual gathering focused on exploring the skills associated with building adaptability, resilience, and emotional intelligence on a consistent basis. The sessions are rooted in applied improvisation which provides laughter and levity while allowing you to put the skills into practice, building muscle memory to help you on your personal and professional journey.


What Does a Jam Look Like?

It all goes down on Zoom - easy! Come as you are and bring your smile to the table. We are here as facilitators and a compassionate community to help you traverse whatever mountain stands in front of your progress and goals.

Sessions are held monthly on the second Wednesday @ 11:30am EST and go for 30-45 minutes.

We customize the conversation and the flow of the session based on the unique needs of the group in attendance. This allows us to change it up weekly to cover topics and skills such as…

  • Getting comfortable with uncertainty

  • Staying on your toes

  • Taming fear, anger, and other difficult feelings

  • Resetting priorities

  • Asking for and giving help or feedback
